Small Heath Car Showroom – Fit Out

On completion of the Rotherham Project and looking to expand further The Trade Centre UK again brought Orion in to provide our services on their next venture, a showroom fit out in Small Heath, Birmingham.

This site was previously a manufacturing plant which required an extensive strip out of all high level lighting, power distribution and structured cabling.

Over the period of 4 weeks the building was stripped back to brick ready for the fit out.

Again, we worked alongside main contractors Intermec to deliver the project across a 14 week timeline.

Their most ambitious project yet our clients requirements meant the full removal of all external services and new install to match their design.

This included;

• A new customer car park
• Valet area
• Test Drive station
• Loading Bay
• Sales Pitch
• 5 External Buildings for logistics staff, wet and dry valet
• A purpose built workshop containing 3 Vehicle Ramps.

Internally another full fit out was required with the construction of;

• A new reception atrium
• 2 Comms Rooms
• Staff and Customer Toilet Blocks
• Customer Waiting Areas
• 28 Office Spaces including a Directors office and Board Meeting Room.

This project much like the previous two involved us installing brand new LED Lighting throughout the store, New sub main distribution, two new Comms Rooms, a 5m x 3m HD TV Wall at high level in the entrance Atrium, 360 degree LED backlight Advertising boards inside and outside the showroom, New LED External lighting and Security gates and barriers at all entrances.
