Working alongside our client AJ Crews and Ian Williams we undertook the electrical package of the recent Plas Gwyn and Cyncoed Campus Refurbishments.

This involved a strip out of the existing services within 5 accommodation blocks.

The project was to be delivered over an 8-week timeframe whilst the university was closed to students for the summer break.

In total we refurbished;

• 112 Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• 13 Kitchens
• 3 Disabled Kitchens
• 3 Disabled Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• Replaced 16 Consumer Units

Whilst the project had strict time constraints and a number of unforeseen circumstances that needed to be dealt with during the same 8 week program, the project handed over on time and ready for the new students to move in.
