Rochdale Car Showroom – Fit Out

On taking ownership of the former Homebase site in Sandbrook Park, Rochdale, The Trade Center UK brought Orion onboard to carry out the complete overhaul of the electrical installation to suit the new Showroom layout.

We provided the following services to TCUK for the duration of the project:

The project started with an initial strip out period to remove the existing installation left behind by

Homebase. Once complete we worked with the TCUK Project department and main contractors

Imium to provide a brand new, high specification car showroom that is head and shoulders above

the local and national competition.

This included installing brand new LED Lighting throughout the store, a 5m x 3m HD TV Wall at high level in the entrance Atrium, 360 degree LED backlight Advertising boards inside and outside the showroom, New LED External lighting, 30 separate office spaces, A new Fire alarm installation, 4 Bay car workshop and 4 bay Valet Area, a 4 Bay external Valet area and Security gates and barriers at all entrances.

The project successfully handed over in time for opening on the 5th December to a great reception from residents.
